Monitoring

Error rates have dropped after we made some configuration changes. Services are partially restored, and some requests may still fail intermittently. We're continuing to work on full recovery and will keep you posted with further updates

Investigating

Some of our models are seeing intermittent failures due to an ongoing issue with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We're investigating, working with GCP, and applying mitigations to reduce the impact. We'll post another update sooner if anything changes. We apologize for the disruption
