RCA: Sync file-upload requests to our platform and the data-modification requests on the files were silently failing with 2xx api-response, due to a recent deployment. It involved some data-migration which took around 18 mins to complete. Files failed to be inserted to DB during that time. However, the async uploads were automatically retried and processed successfully with a slight delay.
